Our story

Built by coaches, for coaches

Writing a report card for every player takes real time, and most coaches don't have it. Reports get rushed or skipped altogether, especially for players lower on the depth chart. We built SportGrade because we were living that ourselves: staring at a blank text box late at night, trying to say something true and specific about a kid who deserved better than a few generic lines. Parents can tell the difference between a report a coach actually wrote and one that got copy-pasted. We wanted every player to get the real kind, without asking coaches to give up their evenings for it.

What associations ask before signing up

Yes. Every position gets its own evaluation framework, tailored to what that position actually does, not the same categories reused with different numbers.

One login covers your whole association. Coaches see their own team, admins see everything.

No. They get the finished report by email, nothing to install, nothing to sign up for.

Reports already sent stay in parents' inboxes, no refund on the per-player fee for the remainder of the season. Your association keeps read access to past seasons in the dashboard for 60 days after cancelling, so you can export what you need. After that, the data's removed.
